
Ayo Fernando lives in Allen, in the North Texas area, and is recognized as a Credentialed Distinguished Mediator (CDM) by the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association.
Since 2017, she has gained valuable conflict resolution experience through pro bono service with the SMU (Southern Methodist University) Dispute Resolution Center, where she has worked with family mediations, as well as through her role as a mediator with the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI).
Through her work with TDI, she has facilitated insurance-related disputes while building a broader foundation in civil conflict resolution and helping parties work toward practical, mutually acceptable solutions.
