Ayo Fernando is a Texas-Credentialed Distinguished Mediator (CDM) serving Allen and the greater North Texas area.
Since 2017, Ayo has gained mediation experience through pro bono service with the SMU Dispute Resolution Center and her work with the Texas Department of Insurance. Her experience includes civil, family, healthcare, and insurance-related disputes.
With a background in public service, technology, and leadership, along with advanced workplace mediation training, Ayo brings a calm, impartial, and practical approach to helping parties communicate, address conflict, explore options, and work toward mutually acceptable resolutions. She is interested in helping individuals and organizations navigate workplace disputes and other challenging situations constructively.
Ayo offers mediation services in person and remotely, tailored to the needs and circumstances of each case.
